Turn your PC into a PVR - Pinnacle PCTV USB2 is an affordable, external TV tuner/personal video recorder (PVR) that plugs into the Hi-Speed USB port of your computer. It offers easy, one-button recording and CD/DVD burning. Perfect for mobile users, it is small and compact, and draws power from the Hi-Speed USB port, therefore eliminating the need for a separate power supply.
Control live TV - Using Time Shifting technology, PCTV USB2 puts you control of live TV. You can pause the show you’re watching and resume viewing whereyou left off. You can also rewind and fast forward through recorded live TV– no more commercials! This is great for viewing sporting events like football matches. Just activate Time Shifting at the start of the match and you can pause and replay important action at any moment. With the press of a button, you can return to the match in progress.
Record TV programmes - PCTV USB2 lets you use your computer like a VCR. Just schedule the recording of your favourite programme and the included Pinnacle Vision 5 software handles the rest. You can also copy video footage from a VCR, camcorder or DVD player to your hard drive, and even capture high-quality still images from video.
Burn recordings to disc - You can archive your recordings to CD and DVD, thanks to the built-in disc burning capabilities. Create anthologies of your favourite TV series and collections of sports highlights. It’s also perfect for protecting precious video memories—just copy your old video tape footage to the hard drive and burn it to disc.
