Hi,

Just wanted to say thanks for your great service! I have ordered several items from you over the past 6 months and all have arrived within two days (at the outside) of placing the order. I order many different kinds of products from online stores, but yours would have to have the best and fastest service that I have experienced from any place I have shopped, including large online retailers in the USA.

Besides service, your prices are generally amongst the lowest I have found in this country, and you have never been out of stock of any product I have ordered. This is a constant problem for many stores I have shopped at, and generally means I’m in for a long wait while they re-order from the supplier.

And then to top it off, my order arrived the very next day, something I did not expect being in a somewhat remote area and usually unable to get next day delivery unless it is from Sydney.

I would like to commend you on your unbelievable customer service.  I purchased a Panasonic fz5 Thursday and received on Monday.  Unfortunately the camera had a fault.  When I rang your customer service line, I was expecting to have to fight to get a replacement but the young lady was friendly and unaccusing.  I returned the camera Tues and received the new one Thur in perfect order.  Thank you so much for being so obliging.  I leave to go overseas in seven days and was worried I would not have a camera.  I recommend your business to everyone.

Not that this is news to you guys but you're bloody fantastic.  Ordered a camera and underwater housing on Monday evening, a call Tuesday morning confirmed everything was good except memory card I wanted, but we swapped it for a different one and the package arrived at my place Wednesday (fortunately about 5 minutes after I left for work and one of my housemates accepted it else I might have had to give work a miss to play with my toy). 

Not only was it super speedy and quick service, but it was also relatively inexpensive.  The best price that I got quoted for the kit while strolling up and down Elizabeth St in Melbourne was essentially what I paid for it from you guys but it did not include the 1gig memory card.   Next time I hear about someone looking for a toy I'll definitely put them on to you guys (I don't need any more toys for a while).

I ordered Panasonic Lumix DMC-FX7 2 weeks ago and apparently there was none in stock. However, the sales representative was very friendly and kept me informed about its availability. Having waited for about  5 days one of the sales representatives informed me that the camera was in stock and it was ready to be shipped  by overnight courier to Perth, WA. The next morning around 9.30 am I received the item I ordered in good packaging.
 
Anyhow, your prices are excellent and the cheapest I could find on the net. I am very impressed with your method of calling back to confirm all details of the order.
 
The camera I bought is great and I could save at least $100 compared to buying at other stores. I'm looking forward to my next purchases and I will definitely recommend your service to my friend and relatives.
