Our Freight rates are designed to offer you the most cost effective and secure system for the quick and efficient delivery of your order. All items are sent including insurance and due to this reason, even physically small items that have a value greater than $54 must be charged at the $16 freight charge.

Most orders for items that are in stock are delivered next day to all capital cities. This delivery time is subject to variation without notice depending on courier delays. You will be contacted if extended delays are to occur for any reason. If you wish to find out the stock status of any item, send us an email.
For your additional security, Toll Priority Couriers require
a signature when delivering your parcel. If no one is
at home or work at the time of delivery, a note will be
left directing you to call Toll and organise collection
from their depot or a re-delivery on another day.
We do request that all items are delivered to an address that will be occupied during business hours and therefore prefer to send to work addresses.
We do not send to P.O. Boxes or unlisted addresses. (ie, your delivery address must be in the Whitepages).
When you reach the checkout page, you will see a tally of your order before and after freight has been included. If there is any variation on our freight charges, you will be contacted for approval before any processing. This usually only occurs if the items ordered are extremely large or many large items are ordered. |

Charges
Our secure online ordering system in not a live transaction processing system. This means that when you place an order for an item, your details are securely made available to us but your credit card is not automatically charged. We verify all your details then call you for a verbal confirmation before any charges are made to your card. This is for the security of both you the customer and us the retailer.
You will only be charged for the goods ordered plus the freight charge. No additional handling, processing or transaction fees exist. Your card is charged ONLY at the point of dispatch and we will not charge you for an item that is on order until the actual dispatch date.
As listed in our policy section, all your details are strictly kept for Camerastore.com.au purposes only. In regards to credit card details, we will use the card number provided for the immediate order placed. Your card details are then permanently discarded and not stored on any database, on-line server etc. We will therefore require your credit card details for any future purchases. |

Please note that the above table is usually accurate but delays may occur at peak times in the year or other unforeseen situations. We aim to never delay the processing of an order by any more than one day. If an item is not in stock, obvious delays will occur until the item is received by us from the manufacturer.

An integral part of the order processing system is the verification of the information you have given us. We use a variety of online resources to cross-reference your details. The main method used is the Whitepages online.
We will not dispatch an order unless a publicly listed address is made available to us for delivery.
/ Customer Is Called For A Verbal Confirmation
Pursuant to our aim for high security and a safe and pleasant on-line shopping experience, all orders placed with Camerastore.com.au are verbally confirmed. You will receive a phone call on the number given with your order during the processing times as above.
If we cannot make contact with you, we will leave a message if such a service is available. We will also send you an email asking you to return our call.
We will not dispatch an order unless verbal confirmation is made with you.
/ Order Is Dispatched
If your details are verbally verified and and your delivery address is listed, we will immediately dispatch your order as per the above table and delivery is usually 1-3 with referance to the above freight section for conditions. |
